Round Table: Users' Rights in Transport and Infrastructure Regulation
On July 23rd the Users' Rights and Market Regulation - Intensive Programme's first Round Table will take place in Udine
Economic regulation is one of the instruments through which the States pursue their policies of users’ protection, in particular in the field of network services.
Transports are one of the areas where this function shows the most problematic profiles, in particular concerning infrastructure regulation and the maintenance of competition and access conditions to the above mentioned infrastructures.
This meeting aims at reaching a common vision of the situation which may merge economic and technical needs to the essential juridical ones.
